Voidance
Alana Toro has one test left before she can join the elite ATIC Guard: enter a simulation, prevent a terrorist attack and prove her loyalty. Every mistake resets the clock, as the tagline puts it, mission failed, reset. Every death vanishes from the simulation but not from her memory, and the weight of those deaths keeps building. The more she learns inside the loop, the more she questions the organisation she has fought so hard to join. It is a science-fiction thriller about repetition and doubt rather than spectacle.
Zoe Cunningham plays Alana, with James Cosmo as Agent Polo, Chrissie Wunna as Talira, Eloise Lovell Anderson as Ede and Neil Bishop as Yavin. Marianna Dean, who previously made Breaking Infinity, directs. The film runs 1h 27m; no age rating is listed.
IMDb shows 7.7, though from only 16 votes, so treat the number as an early signal rather than a consensus.
