The Huntsman
The Huntsman is a thriller that starts in a hospital. An ICU nurse volunteers to help a coma patient accused of murdering six women, and is drawn into a chilling web of lies, obsession and deadly secrets while a detective races to stop the killer. The tagline frames the setup: his mind is the crime scene, and she is the only witness.
Garret Dillahunt plays Lincoln Raider and Elizabeth Mitchell is Jolene Raider. Shawn Ashmore appears as Max Mason and Jessy Schram as Darby Albright. Kyle Kauwika Harris directs, following his earlier film Out of Exile. The film runs 1h 43m; no age rating is listed, although the subject matter is plainly adult.
Audiences have not taken to it: the film sits at 3.7 on IMDb from 511 votes, and there is no Kinopoisk rating.
