The Cure
Ally Braun is an adopted 16-year-old living with an illness nobody has been able to explain. Her parents are bio-tech billionaires, and the treatment she has trusted turns out to be something else: they have been harvesting her blood, and not for her benefit. The horror thriller works outward from that discovery, inside a household where every act of care now looks like a lie. The tagline turns the premise into a warning: "Family is more than blood."
Samantha Cochran plays Ally Braun, with David Dastmalchian as Jeff Braun and Ashley Greene as Georgia Braun. Sydney Taylor appears as Brooke Amandine. The film is directed by Nancy Leopardi, whose earlier work includes Lethal Seduction. It runs 1h 31m; no age rating is listed.
IMDb users have rated it 4.6 from 650 votes; Kinopoisk viewers have not weighed in yet.
