Summer's Last Resort
Summer's Last Resort is a romantic comedy about a teen with a mission. Convinced her mom is about to walk into another bad relationship, she decides to intervene during a luxury vacation, and her efforts turn the trip into total chaos. The tagline warns of summer holiday chaos incoming, which is about the size of it: good intentions, a resort full of strangers, and plans that fall apart faster than they are made.
Violet McGraw plays Summer, with Sophia Bush as Milly and Jerry O'Connell as Glenn. Dawian van der Westhuizen appears as Grayson, Clara Alexandrova as Sadie, and Richard Wright-Firth and Candice van Litsenborgh play Terry McDavid and Celine McDavid. Melanie Scrofano directs, after her earlier film Clickbait: Unfollowed. It runs 1h 36m and is rated PG-13.
IMDb voters have given it 5.4 from 370 votes; there is no Kinopoisk rating yet.
