Parable
Parable is a 2026 mystery drama that keeps its whole story in one room. Six strangers awake inside a loft with no memory of how they arrived and no way out. On a bed nearby lies a seventh person, lifeless. Hourglasses count down the minutes while the group tries to work out where they are and how to escape, and the tagline hints that the story continues after it ends.
The ensemble is small by design. Brian Duong plays Archie, Wyomi Reed is Veda, Zarrette Rogers plays Eldridge and Raquel Lebish is Bea, with Sabrina Broyles as Maisey, Cameron Stout as Paxton and Kelli Stuart as Alex. Ritchey Cable directs. The film runs 1h 47m, giving its locked-room puzzle time to develop through conversation rather than spectacle.
Early viewers have scored it 7.8 on IMDb, though from only 46 votes, so that number may shift.
