Office Romance
Office Romance is a romantic comedy about a boss who wrote the rulebook and then has to live under it. Jackie, President and CEO of Air Cruz, runs a tight ship, right down to a rigid anti-fraternization policy that applies to every employee. When a new lawyer starts working for her, that policy comes under serious pressure, and the tagline, "It's going down", hints at how well it holds.
Jennifer Lopez plays Jackie Cruz, with Brett Goldstein as Daniel Blanchflower. Betty Gilpin appears as Sydney Bloom, Jodie Whittaker as Lizzy, Zuhdi Boueri as Dylan and Edward James Olmos as Captain Jack Cruz. Ol Parker directs; his previous films include Ticket to Paradise and Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. The film runs 1h 55m and is rated R.
On IMDb it stands at 5.8 from 19623 votes, a large sample that puts it in middling territory for the genre.
