Trailer unavailableTo Grandfather's Village 2 is a 2026 family comedy film and the only entry so far in the To Grandfather's Village Collection. Vladik is back in the village for the summer with grandfather Yura when Viktor, a former diplomat and his grandfather on his father's side, turns up unannounced. Viktor charms the locals, showers his grandson with expensive gifts and tales of travelling the world, and a rivalry for the boy's attention breaks out, moving from barbed jokes to open confrontation. Yura senses he is losing, until a dangerous secret from Viktor's past surfaces and hands him a way to be rid of his competitor.
Yuriy Stoyanov plays grandfather Yura and Fyodor Dobronravov plays Viktor, with Ingrid Olerinskaya as Anya, Anton Filipenko as Anton and Yaroslav Golovnev. Maksim Koliganov directs. The film runs 1h 26m; no age rating is listed.
The two audiences disagree sharply: 7.1 on Kinopoisk against 3.4 on IMDb, though the IMDb figure rests on just 7 votes.
