Mardaani 3
Mardaani 3 is the third film in the Mardaani Collection, following Mardaani from 2014 and Mardaani 2 from 2019. Officer Shivani Shivaji Roy returns to hunt down those behind the disappearance of young girls, risking everything to bring them back alive. It is an action crime thriller, and the tagline, rescue begins, tells you what kind of mission it is.
Rani Mukerji plays Shivani Shivaji Roy. Janki Bodiwala appears as Fatima Anwar, Mallika Prasad as Amma, Murali Mali as the Compounder and Siddharth Sibal as a Black Commando Officer. Abhiraj Minawala directs, after Loveyatri. The film runs 2h 11m; no age rating is listed. The synopsis presents this as a fresh hunt, so newcomers can begin here, but the officer's history is in the two earlier films.
Audience scores have dipped this time: 6.5 on IMDb from 10043 votes, against 7.3 on IMDb for both Mardaani and Mardaani 2, which also hold 7.2 and 7.0 on Kinopoisk. No Kinopoisk rating is listed yet for this one.
