He hopes to find his father there, whom he has never seen, a true legend of the criminal investigation department. However, instead of the exemplary hero, Sasha meets his complete opposite, the "Little One." An experienced operative has long established life in the city on the principle of "live by yourself and let others live" — for the sake of his own convenience, the "Little One" turns a blind eye to minor offenses of local residents. Sasha faces an almost impossible task: to solve complicated cases and re-educate his father, a partner who has long been accustomed to solving everything according to his own rules, and not according to protocol.
