Levitating
Levitating takes place in a town where pleasure means being possessed by spiritual beings, and trance parties are where that possession happens. Bayu wants to be the shaman running one of those parties, not out of devotion but because the money raised there might be enough to stop an eviction that is closing in on him. The film follows how far he is willing to go into that world to hold on to his home.
Angga Yunanda plays Bayu Laksana, with Maudy Ayunda as Laksmi, Anggun as Guru Asri, Chicco Kurniawan as Pawit Arifin and Indra Birowo as Bayu's Father. The director is Wregas Bhanuteja, whose earlier work includes Photocopier. The drama runs 1h 59m and is a co-production spanning several countries.
On IMDb the film currently holds a score of 7.9.
