Class Reunion 4: Friends for Life

Class Reunion 4: Friends for Life is the fourth entry in The Reunion Collection, following The Reunion 3: The Baptism from 2016. This time Niels turns 50 and concludes that life is pointless, so his two best friends drag him on a trip full of catfishing, denial, and the slow rediscovery that none of them are doing particularly well at adulthood. It is a comedy about middle-aged men who still behave like schoolmates.

Nicolaj Kopernikus plays Niels, with Troels Lyby as Thomas and Anders W. Berthelsen as Andreas completing the trio. Helle Fagralid appears as Jette, Tomas Villum Jensen as Frode and Molly Egelind as Pia. Tilde Harkamp directs, following The Other World, Pretty Young Thing and Hunting Season. The film runs 1h 39m; no age rating is listed. Newcomers can start here, since the plot stands on its own, but the friendships carry over from the earlier films.

It rates 6.1 on IMDb, a step up from the 5.0 of The Reunion 3: The Baptism, with no vote count listed and no Kinopoisk score.
