Love Story in the 1970s
Trailer unavailableFei Ni works hard on a factory floor in 1970s China and wants two things she cannot get on her own: housing and a place at college. Her answer is a fake marriage to Fang Muyang. The arrangement is meant to be practical, but shared struggles and quiet moments do what arrangements tend to do, and the bond between them turns into real love as they push toward a better future together. The series is a period drama told at a domestic scale.
Arthur Chen plays Fang Muyang and Qian Sun plays Ni Fei. Wang Tianchen appears as Qu Hua, Guo Xiaoting as Fang Mujing and Mintao Liu as Hongqi Xu. Chen Chang directs; his earlier series include Dating in the Kitchen and Nothing But You. No runtime or age rating is given in the source, and no audience score has been recorded yet. The romance unfolds in order, so start with the first episode.
