Akad Yang Hilang
Akad Yang Hilang is a drama with a romance at its core and a bureaucratic shock as its inciting event. A couple arrive at the local Religious Council office to register their marriage and are told by the officer that the bride's parents are not on record as a lawfully wedded couple. That single discovery throws the wedding, the family's history and the couple's future into question, and the tagline states the stakes plainly: without Allah's permission, our contract is not perfect.
Mira Filzah plays Maryam and Syarul Ezani plays Amar, the couple whose plans are derailed. Idan Aedan appears as Zaki and Sherie Merlis rounds out the credited cast. Bahri Uma Bajuri directs. The film runs 1h 25m; no age rating is listed.
IMDb shows 7.3, but only 9 votes stand behind it, so the number says very little yet, and there is no Kinopoisk rating.
