Born in London, Ontario, Canada -- Ethan Hickey is the son of Matthew Hickey and Dianne Arnold. He's had a passion for storytelling from a very young age. Hickey shot his freshman feature, BURDEN (2022), when he was 19. The indie drama has sold domestically and internationally, winning 'Audience Choice Award' at the Forest City Film Festival. Hickey's second feature, OLDER EVERY DAY, has also sold domestically and internationally, winning 'Best Feature' at the New York International Film Festival. Hickey's third feature, FALSEHOOD, is set to release in 2025.
