Eddie Lateste was born on 29 January 1929 in Hoboken, Belgium. Eddie is a writer and director, known for Seven Crystal Balls and the Prisoners of the Sun (1969), Asterix the Gaul (1967) and Tintin and the Lake of Sharks (1972). Eddie has been married to Romania Rubben since 3 September 1937. They have three children.
