Summer House
Trailer unavailableSummer House, released under its original title Yaz Evi, mixes romance, family drama and a touch of mystery. Selin travels back in time at a summer house and finds herself in the middle of her mother's youth. What she does there changes her family's fate, and in the process she ends up rebuilding her own life. The synopsis stops short of saying how the time travel works or what it costs her, so the film keeps its mechanics to itself.
Mina Demirtas plays Selin. Derya Pinar Ak appears as Young Zeynep and Onur Seyit Yaran as Young Sinan, the parents as Selin meets them in the past, while Selma Ergeç and Çağdaş Onur Öztürk play Zeynep and Sinan in the present. Erdem Tepegöz directs; his earlier films include Ashes. No runtime or age rating is given.
IMDb users have rated the film 5.4 from 758 votes.
