Yagami Eiko
Trailer unavailableYagami Eiko is a 2026 series about a detective in an organized crime unit who starts investigating her own husband's mysterious death. The inquiry pulls her into a brutal gang war, and the alliances she has to make along the way are dangerous ones, blurring the line between justice and revenge. The original title, Yagami Eiko: Ueno Chuosho Soshiki Hanzai Taisakuka, points to the unit she works in.
Meisa Kuroki plays Eiko Yagami, with Katsuya Maiguma as Masaya Yagami, the husband whose death sets the story in motion. Around them are Naohito Fujiki as Michiaki Kai, Eiji Okuda as Shogo Arishima, Kengo Kora as Takafumi Gojo and Hiroyuki Ikeuchi as Shuhei Kawakami. No director, episode runtime or age rating is listed in the bundle, and there are no audience scores yet, so the premise of a widow with a badge fighting a gang war is what you have to go on.
