Vanaveera
Vanaveera is a 2026 action drama that borrows the shape of an epic for a very ordinary grievance. A descendant of the Vanara clan is pushed into conflict when a modern-day Ravana seizes his only bike for an election rally. What begins as a petty injustice does not stay petty for long: it erupts into a fierce fight for self-respect and dignity, with the powerless man refusing to back down against someone used to taking what he wants.
Avinash Thiruveedhula directs and also appears in the cast, alongside Simran Choudhary, Khadgam Prudvi, Chammak Chandra and Racha Ravi; the source does not specify their roles. The film runs 2h 7m and moves between drama and action, giving the confrontation between the two men room to escalate over the course of the story.
