The Westies
The Westies is a 2026 crime drama series set in Hell's Kitchen in the early 1980s. The Javits Center construction project sets off a battle for profit, and inside the violent Irish gang known as the Westies a rift opens between generations. That rift threatens the uneasy peace the gang keeps with the Mafia and, at the same time, draws the attention of the FBI. The tagline is blunt: F*ck those guys.
J.K. Simmons plays Eamon Sweeney and Titus Welliver plays Glenn Keenan. Tom Brittney is James 'Jimmy' Roarke, Jessica Frances Dukes is Birdie Polk and Stanley Morgan is Mickey Flanagan. Nobody is named as director, and there is no episode length on record; the rating is TV-MA. No audience scores have come in yet on Kinopoisk or IMDb, so a period gangland drama with Simmons and Welliver at the top of the cast is the pitch.
F*ck those guys.
