Starbright

A star falls, and a young woman finds herself its guardian. Dangerous forces want it, and she has little to rely on beyond her own resolve and a brave stranger who throws in with her. The film is billed as adventure and action, and the synopsis keeps its details close, leaving the nature of the star and its pursuers for the film itself to reveal.

Diego Boneta plays Joshua, John Rhys-Davies appears as Raphael, Ted Levine is Bud, Elisabeth Röhm plays Zelda and Gbenga Akinnagbe is Peter. Francesco Lucente directs; the source lists no earlier films for him. At 2h 28m it is a long sit for the genre. No age rating is given in the data.

Early audiences have not been kind: IMDb has it at 3.8 from 376 votes, and no Kinopoisk score is recorded.
