Solo Mio
Solo Mio is a romantic comedy about Matt, whose dreams of a picturesque Italian wedding are shattered when his fiancée leaves him at the altar. Rather than fly home, he embarks on the honeymoon he had already planned, alone, crossing Italy and immersing himself in its food, culture and scenery. Somewhere along the way he meets Gia. The tagline sets the tone: all roads lead to (being left in) Rome.
Kevin James plays Matt Taylor and Nicole Grimaudo is Gia. Kim Coates appears as Julian and Jonathan Roumie as Neil. Charles Kinnane and Daniel Kinnane direct together, after Home Team. The film runs 1h 36m and is rated PG, so it is a gentle, family-safe take on heartbreak and travel.
On IMDb the film holds a 7.6 from 1631 votes. No Kinopoisk score is listed.
