Shackled
In a dystopian future the parole system has been replaced by R.A.P.P., the Recidivism Accountability Partnership Program. A white-collar ex-con is released into it and paired with a sociopathic gangster who has terminal cancer. The condition of their freedom is an explosive charge surgically implanted in each man's heart: one wrong move by either of them means summary execution for both, so the ex-con has to take drastic measures simply to stay alive. Two criminals, one chance, no way out, as the tagline puts it.
