Propeller One-Way Night Coach
It is the golden age of aviation, and a young airplane enthusiast is about to get the thing he wants most: a seat on a cross-country flight. He and his mother are headed for Hollywood, and what should be a simple journey becomes the trip of a lifetime. All aboard, please, says the tagline, and the film keeps that same warm, family-friendly tone. It is an adventure told at a child's eye level, with the drama coming from the people on board rather than from danger.
Clark Shotwell plays Jeff and Kelly Eviston-Quinnett plays Helen, the mother. Ella Bleu Travolta appears as Doris and Olga Hoffmann as Liz, a flight attendant; a director is not credited. At 1h 0m it is a short film, and its PG rating makes it an easy pick for a family evening.
IMDb users rate it 5.8 from 1631 votes, a middling but well-attended response.
All aboard, please.
