About Polkan: The story of experienced and cynical cop Pavel Safronov, who is in a coma, and whose soul has been transferred into a stray dog. The only one who can hear the policeman's voice is his young partner, Lieutenant Slava Kurochka, who has just started his career in the police force. Together with the dog, he will investigate crimes, repeatedly finding himself in comical situations.
