Museum of Innocence
Museum of Innocence unfolds in 1970s Istanbul, where a man's forbidden love for a shop-girl refuses to fade. What might have been a brief affair instead becomes a lifelong journey of obsession and longing, and the drama series follows that journey through the years, tracing what such a fixation does to the people caught inside it.
Selahattin Pasali plays Kemal Basmacı and Eylül Kandemir plays Füsun, the shop-girl at the centre of his obsession. Oya Unustasi appears as Sibel, and Tilbe Saran is also in the cast. The director is Zeynep Günay Tan, previously behind Bride of Istanbul and Time Goes By. Episode length is not listed; the series is rated TV-MA. It is a single continuous story, so start from the first episode rather than dipping in midway.
