Mint
Mint is a crime drama series about Shannon, the only daughter of an infamous crime family that rules its region. She has grown up as something like a princess, never wanting for anything. Then she meets Arran, who belongs to a rival gang, and the whirlwind romance that follows begins to unravel the world she has always known. The tagline calls it a criminally good love story, and the romance is the spine of the plot.
Emma Laird plays Shannon. Lewis Gribben is Luke, Laura Fraser is Cat, Sam Riley is Dylan and Lindsay Duncan is Ollie. Charlotte Regan, who made Scrapper, directs. Episodes are short at around 29m each, so the whole series moves quickly; start with the first episode, since the story is told in order.
On IMDb the series has a rating of 6.0 from 200 votes.
