Lockbox
Lockbox is a horror film about family loyalty pushed to its limit. A woman puts her own life at risk to protect her cousin Winthrop, a troubled and enigmatic man who has been singled out and hunted by a powerful supernatural force. The synopsis keeps the nature of that force vague, and the film is structured around what she is willing to sacrifice to keep him out of its reach.
Carla Gugino plays Ellen Hershbergen and Lou Taylor Pucci plays Winthrop Benson. Katharine Isabelle appears as Vahna Minter, Donald Sales as Det. Rousch, Jason McKinnon as Prosecutor Breslow and Darcey Johnson as Father John Dorr, with Roman Kinsella as Young Winthrop. Daniel Stamm directs; his earlier credits include 13 Sins and Fear the Walking Dead. The film runs 1h 45m, and no age rating is listed.
IMDb users have rated it 5.4 from 138 votes so far; there is no Kinopoisk score.
