Elle
Elle is a comedy-drama series that goes back to 1995 to meet Elle Woods before she was a fish out of water at Harvard. Here she is in high school, dealing with tricky friendships, forbidden romance and questionable fashion choices. The series treats these years as the experiences that shaped the young woman she becomes. The tagline puts it plainly: law school was hard, high school was harder.
Lexi Minetree plays Elle Woods. Tom Everett Scott appears as Wyatt Woods and Amy Pietz as Donna, with Chandler Kinney as Kimberly, Gabrielle Policano as Liz, Jacob Moskovitz as Miles and Zac Looker as Dustin. No directing credit appears in the listing. The series is rated TV-14; episode length is not given. Start at the first episode, since the friendships and romance build across the season.
Audiences score it 7.1 on Kinopoisk and 6.9 on IMDb, the latter from 6901 votes.
