Doctor Plague
Doctor Plague is a crime horror film about jaded detective John Verney and an ancient cult of Plague Doctors cutting a bloody swathe through the London underworld. His superiors write the killings off as gang-on-gang violence, but Verney keeps pulling at the thread and finds himself inside a maze of secret-society conspiracy with links to the Jack The Ripper murders of 1888. The deeper he goes, the more danger he draws toward himself and his family. The tagline keeps it dry: the doctor will see you now.
Martin Kemp plays John Verney. Peter Woodward, Jeanine Nerissa Sothcott and David Yip also appear, though the data does not assign their roles. Ben Fortune directs. The film runs a short 1h 22m, and no age rating is listed.
Early IMDb reaction is harsh: 3.3 from 73 votes, with no Kinopoisk score on record.
