Colors of Evil: Black

Colors of Evil: Black is the second film in the Colors of Evil Collection, following Colors of Evil: Red from 2024. Prosecutor Leopold Bilski is sent to a remote Polish town where children have been disappearing. The locals have their own explanation, a sinister legend, and Bilski has to work out how much of it is folklore and how much is a pattern before another child is lost.

Jakub Gierszał returns as Leopold Bilski, joined by Marianna Zydek as Julia Sarman, Andrzej Chyra as Andrzej Pakosz and Beata Ścibakówna as Fabiola Burchardt. Adrian Panek, who also directed Colors of Evil: Red and Werewolf, is behind this crime thriller. It runs 1h 50m and is rated R. The case stands on its own, so seeing the first film is helpful for the character rather than the plot.

Kinopoisk users rate it 6.5, slightly above the 6.4 given to Colors of Evil: Red, while IMDb users place it lower at 5.9 from 2893 votes, compared with 6.4 for the earlier film.
