The Apartment Job
The Apartment Job, or Apateu in the original, is a 2026 crime comedy-drama series. A former gang boss who badly needs cash teams up with an aspiring lawyer to steal the reserve fund of an apartment complex. The theft turns out to be the easy part: the money leads them into deep corruption inside the building. As the tagline puts it, in this apartment, trust is the rarest resident.
Ji Sung plays Park Hae-gang and Ha Yoon-kyung plays Kang Ha-ri, with Moon So-ri as Jang Sook-jin and Park Byung-eun as Lee Chung-won. The bundle gives no episode runtime; the series is rated TV-14. No audience scores have been recorded yet on either Kinopoisk or IMDb, so the heist-meets-housing-committee premise is what there is to decide on.
