Love is Love
Enrique Juarez is an up-and-coming Mexican telenovela actor about to be promoted to leading man. The catch is that the industry wants a particular kind of star, and Enrique has to hide his true self to get there. The comedy comes from the gap between the man on screen and the man off it, and the romance from what that gap costs him.
Love is Love, originally titled Amor es amor, runs 1h 31m. Vadhir Derbez plays Enrique, and Rob Schneider, who also directs, appears as Julian Rodin, with Patricia Schneider as a secretary, Eduardo España as Carlos and David Arizpe as a reporter; Paulina Dávila and Christian Vazquez are also in the cast. Schneider's earlier films as director include Big Stan and Daddy Daughter Trip. No age rating is listed.
The film's IMDb rating stands at 6.8; the vote count is not given, and it has no Kinopoisk score yet.
