Candice Cain was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She received her B.A. in Dramatic Literature from The George Washington University in Washington, DC in 1998, where she wrote, directed and produced three stage plays: "What Happened Last Night," "Bermuda Triangle" and "Stay."
